Our bag making machines are able to cut difficult materials into interesting shapes using die cutters and ultrasonic technology. Accurate web tension and registration control ensure an accurate bag. Often components such as inlet valves, catheters, filters or tubing need to be assembled and welded to the bags. We are able to offer full turnkey solutions to manufacture your bag. The bag material can be PP film, Foil, PVOH, Pullulan or nearly any other material.
The bag making machines can be either intermittent or continuous motion. Unwind, re-wind, cutting, sealing, welding or printing stations can be added to the modular machine design to create a tailor made machine to manufacture your bags.
