The fs650 is a flat sachet multilane machine designed to cover the needs of the Food, Beverage, Cosmetic and Chemical industries. Our sachet machines can fill various types of products including solid, granular, powder, creams or liquids. We can use different filling techniques such as volumetric fillers, auger fillers, piston pumps, flowmeters, timing fillers and counting fillers. On special request we can incorporate more than one type of filling system on the same machine frame allowing even faster changeover between products.
The fs650 multilane sachet machine has a simple and compact design therefore it allows you to access the main components of the machine quickly without tools resulting in a fast and easy changeover and cleaning. The components of the machine are made of high resistance and long durability materials. The fs650 sachet machine produces repeatable and highly accurate packs due to the main motion of the machine being controlled by servo motors which can be controlled via the HMI. This leads to an overall OEE higher than 95% and reduces downtime significantly. The temperature of each sealing jaw can be independently calibrated via the touch screen. Changeover to other products is quick an easy thanks to the multiple recipes that can be stored in the system. As its name fs650 suggests the maximum reel width is 650mm which allows from 2 to up to 9 lanes depending on your product requirements. The fs650 sachet machine can handle individual sachet widths of up to 150mm. The maximum output the machine is able to achieve is 675 sachets per minute. Gas flushing is available as an option in order to gain better shelf-life for your product and there is a possibility to have 1 or 2 tear notch on the same sachet. Additional features on the machine include printer (Laser/Thermoprinter/Inkjet/Thermotransfer), non-stop automatic reel splicer, anti-static bar or UV lamp.
