R750 Blister FormerDesigned for small batches and frequent changeover, the R750 is a semi automatic blister development machine. Tool changeover is via plug in docking stations, which means the machine can be easily and quickly be set-up and operated by trained laboratory personnel. The R750 is designed for Precision, as a result all outcomes are completely repeatable.
The R750 is equipped with an automatic foil transport system. The two servo drive controlled forming station provides an optimal thermo forming or cold forming process. Foils can be printed online using a proprietary printer.
Forming parameters can be controlled from the HMI. Force, Temperature and dwell time can be entered into a menu and chosen from the touch screen.
The Semi-Automatic Blister machine is a part of the Rohrer Range of blister machines. All tooling is exchangeable within the range, from the manual R550 Table Top Blister machine to the fully automatic R950.
