Laboratory Scale Drum FillerThe Omnidose TT is a lab scale Drum Doser. It is designed as a laboratory scale version of the drum Doser used on either the OmniDose or the ModuC Capsule Filling machine. The beauty of the OmniDose TT is that it allows you to prove dosing consistency in the laboratory. Scale up risk is minimised because the TT uses the same system as its full scale production counterparts.
The drum Doser was designed to dose low quantities of inhalation powders were particle size is low and cohesion is high. The dosing system is volumetric. Different bore size parts are used to alter the volume. The volume is subject to product density. The machine can be purchased with a range of format parts to allow the user to match the size to the required fill weight.
