Tablet Counting and Capsule Counting LinesWe are able to offer either standalone Tablet and Capsule Counting systems or a turnkey Tablet Counting Line including such individual machines as:
plastic bottle unscrambling and/or glass bottle singulation
air cleaning or bottles by upending each bottle and diving nozzles to remove contaminants such as card dust or glass spicules. The design of the nozzles is optimised to air clean such difficult formats as bottles with flat shoulders which are difficult to clean properly on less rigorous forms of bottle rinsing system. Semi automatic and fully automatic ( in line) bottle air cleaning systems are available.

Tablet Counting Camera Inspection:
Firstly, after inspection of a defective tablet or capsule, the Tablet counting machine uses the camera system for reject verification on the vibratory track rather than trying to see a broken piece in the reject chute. Should the wrong product get past the reject point, the Tablet counting machine will stop.
Secondly the Bottling and Counting System stops the need to reject a pot later as the fault is seen before counting. The Tablet Counting System with automatic rejection is more expensive but there is also the possibility of a simpler version for very low incidence products where the reject system is not fitted but the machine stops on detection of a faulty product.
