Tablet Checkweighers, Capsule CheckweighersHarro Höfliger have just launched their OmniControl system. For the first time this offers format free weighing of tablets and capsules for 100% weighing permitting the rapid recovery of out of specification batches without having to wait for change parts.
The OmniControl sets new standards in GMP practice. Previously, tablet and capsule weighers rejected bad product at a later station after inspection, leaving the possibility of such products not being rejected. The OmniControl rejects directly off weigh cell and not at a later step.

Contract producers which may have many formats.
Ideal for inspection of out of specification batches - because of its format free nature no specific format is required in advance.
Handling delicate products, such as bi-layer tablets which might be damaged by guides. Eliminate the possibility of damaging the product while inspecting for chips!
Automatic sample quality control
The weighing system behind the OmniControl are enhanced Wipotec weigh cells. These achieve astonishing accuracy, better than 1mg at 3SD, depending on the settings chosen.
