Vertical CartonersThe MiniCompact Vertical Cartoner is able to form specially shaped cartons. Shapes can be pillows, curved cartons, trapeziums or ballotins.
All these shapes are possible because of the Cartoners unique carton transport system. Moving away from the traditional chain transport, the MiniCompact and its big sister the V60 use a bucket system. These buckets can be exchanged and in less than 10 minutes it is possible to move from a standard carton to a pillow pack, for example. Furthermore the buckets support the cartons from 4 sides. This means that the cartons are perfectly shaped, whether square or rounded.
The benefits of the MiniCompact family of cartoning machines do not end here. The machine can be fitted with either tuck or glue closure. the tuck closure is format free. This means that there are no closing change parts required when changing from one standard carton to another.
The MiniCompact vertical Cartoners are designed to be flexible. They can be built to be manually loaded or can be fitted with automatic product loading stations.

A wide range of feed systems are available to handle anything from bags to Bottles. The most common is the pick and place unit that is used for Bottles.
With automatic product loading stations the machine is able to handle 60 cartons per minute. In manual mode this is reduced due to operator restrictions. The V60, the big sister of the MiniCompact, has three loading stations instead of one. This means that whether semi-automatic or fully automatic it is possible to load multiple products into the same carton.
