Modular Walleting EquipmentThe Walleting machine is available for the full output range from the flexible intermittent motion machine to the continuous motion machine, placing blisters into wallets from 60 to 300 blisters per minute. The Design concept is a modular balcony construction. This means that the walleting machine can be retrofitted with additional modules at a later date to accommodate changes in wallet design. The balcony design makes access to the machine exceptional and facilitates GMP design requirements to separate drives from product areas.
Wallets can have multiple panels or be carton-wallet hybrids. The multiple panels can be in-line with each other or in both directions.
Walleting Machine Additional features:
Heat sealed bonding of the wallet, even at high production speeds, for child resistance and
incorporation of several blisters for the easy and controlled supply of combination therapies.
Folding of panels in both length and cross directions.
Application of tamper evident labels.
Batch code printing
We have tailor made walleting solutions to produce custom wallets that fold in half or create wallet/carton hybrids. We are able to collate and sleeve the wallets or place them into corrugated sleeves for downstream handling.
