Capsule and Tablet IPC Weigher

It operates as a free standing  detached unit with integrated separation flaps which can be connected to the capsule filling machines or  a tablet press. The separation unit separates good capsules and capsules to be weight checked, which are transferred from the outfeed chute of the filling machine into the hopper of the weighing unit. A sensor positioned at the infeed of the machine detects  the capsules or tablets. Two operating modes can be selected from the weighing unit HMI A vacuum transfer wheel transfers the capsule to the balance and the weighing takes place.  Weighing parameter and batch data as well as machine data are visualized on the HMI of the weighing unit. The IPC unit offers the possibility for a trend control to a filling system of the capsule filling machine. Weight trend control the average values of the last measurements can be determined. The deviation of the average value is assigned to a parameter which sends  signal back to the capsule filling machine.
