The Terco range of indexing machines can be either Single Indexing (SI) or Double Indexing (DI) and have a single or double lane (SIDL and DIDL) subject to output requirements.
The line is divided into modular subsections, which are as follows:
- Product filling – including high pressure filling
- Valve placement items
- Ball insertion
- Crimping
- Gassing/propellant charging
- Vacuum testers
- Valve detection
This allows for greater flexibility within product lines as modular sections can all be configured individually to better meet the needs of any factory, and allows for scalable production within a system.
The indexing machine also boasts fast changeover between can sizes, as it can accommodate any can size without needing to manually change parts due to its advanced yet simple chain drive system.
All of the modules have height adjustable parts and can be changed to best suit the cans. It has a compact footprint and provides a cost-effective solution which is both simple to maintain and highly effective.
