Filling Unit F-200 with Peristaltic Pump

The F-200 liquid filling unit is capable of an accuracy of 0.3 % at 100 ml. Using peristaltic filling technique changeover of liquids is quick easy and cheap as the only part to change is the hose. Using of hoses avoids the possibility of cross contamination, the smaller the diameter of the hose is the better accuracy we get during filling. Because of the possibility of storing recipes the user can change over between products within a minute. The F-200 liquid filling unit is easy to use with one hand. Two hoses are mounted between offset rollers and connected using a Y connector into a single stream ensuring a more uniform fill. Optionally, the F-200 liquid filler comes with a closed loop weigh cell that sends feedback to the system to adjust the filling volume. The speed can reach up to 1200 units / hour.
