Terco is excited to share details of a newly commissioned aerosol filling line tailored for food-grade applications. Designed to fill sunflower seed oil and avocado oil into aerosol cans, this system offers a reliable and flexible solution for small to mid-scale production environments.

Rotary Filling Lines with BOV Technology

The system features four rotary filling lines, each operating at 40 cans per minute—a balanced speed ideal for maintaining quality and precision. These lines are built around Bag-On-Valve (BOV) technology, ensuring hygienic and controlled dispensing of edible oils.

Fast and Simple Changeovers

Designed for agility, the line supports 15-minute changeovers between can sizes. Operators can quickly swap out:

Can seal on crimper
Filling head (to accommodate different valve styles)

Final Checks and Capping

To ensure every can meets performance standards, the line includes:

A small pressure tester for verifying final output pressure
A 12-head capper (similar in design to Terco’s Rotary Tipper system), providing consistent and efficient sealing
