After the Closure of Barry M Cosmetics the Compact CCM AV vertical cartoner with in-feed turn table and integrated printer is available to a suitable customer in the cosmetics or Pharmaceutical sector. The machine ran till the closure of the factory as is in good working order.The CCM AV fully automatic vertical cartoning machine was previously used to pack 3 nail varnish bottles into cartons. The video below shows the machine when it was a year old: The machine is fitted with a Thermo-Transfer printer to print the batch code onto the cartons top flap.  A turntable feeds a conveyor belt with side-belts which singulates and aligns the bottles ready for loading into the carton.  Space saving designThis vertical cartoning machine has a footprint of less than 4m 2. The speed of the machine was sold to pack at least 30 cartons per minute packing 90 nail varnish bottles in threes every minute. However, the machine can run comfortably at more than 35 cartons per minute speed exceeding the original customers 100 bottle per minute milestone.
