Machines for Diagnostics and Final Assembly of Pens and
Auto-Injectors
With a range of machines for the production of diagnostic
products and drug delivery solutions, Rychiger provide machinery tailored to
handle products in the Pharmaceutical industry. They provide final assembly machinery for injection devices, such as autoinjectors, pens,
safety devices, on-body-devices, as well as primary and secondary packaging, moulding,
filling, sealing, labelling, serialisation and packaging of diagnostic devices.
Their machine platforms reliably and efficiently produce components of IVD kits
and point-of-care solutions, as well as ID cards.
Final Assembly of Pens and Auto-Injectors
The MDA-5 machine is
specially designed for smart and compact final assembly of auto-injectors. With
its small footprint of 1m², the MDA-5 is
perfect for small batch production and pre-clinical testing. It can produce 5
devices per minute with no tools required, and only 30 minutes are needed to
train your team to run this machine. It is designed for ease of use, featuring
quick changeovers and intuitive handling for operator efficiency. It features
precision assembly with real-time monitoring which ensures consistency and
compliance across every batch.
Filling Machine for Gel Cards:
The FS-200 filling and sealing machine is perfected for
forming complex aluminium blisters, filling powders and liquids or lyophilized
beads under clean room conditions. This is ideal for IVD, POC and gel
cards, and is perfect for medium to large scale production. This machine- whether
producing in-vitro diagnostics, point-of-care testing kits or gel cards- can
produce up to 240 units per minute. Equipped with eight stations arranged
around the rotary indexing table, the FS-200 is compact, with a footprint of
just over two square meters. It has four lanes and eight stations, and can
easily be extended and upgraded.
