Rychiger will be exhibiting the MDA 5 final assembly machine for Pens and Auto-injectors in Hall 6 on Stand D06
The MDA 5 achieves up to
twice the output of its competitors due to it's innovative transport system, which enables parallel
processing. By using two workpiece carriers, loading and unloading are
completely decoupled from the assembly process. While one carrier is being
unloaded and reloaded with new parts, the machine continues assembling on the
other carrier. This means no waiting time between steps and thus maximizing efficiency
and productivity.
-Shorter cycle times
-Higher productivity without
extra floor space
-Faster ROI and lower cost per unit
The MDA5 stands on less than 1 square metre of floor. The machine is fully up-scalable to production machinery.
The MDA 5 being exhibited is available for sale with a short delivery time.
